I'm fairly sure ger Brennan was just sticking up for his players too !!"
What exactly did he do in your eyes?

Genuine question.

Did he manhandle the opposition backroom team? I'm 100 per cent sure that's what Ger Brennan was suspended for?

There was good reason for it. Murphy shouldn't have been eligible after that league final

As for Kerry they were too fired up after their heavy league final loss and totally lost the rag, once Michael Burns was correctly sent off it was game lost and David Clifford was lucky to avoid red."
Burns absolutely deserved to go. He'll be lucky to get another Championship game for Kerry - this year at least. Cop on about Clifford. No chance that was a red. Ger a bit real.
It's a disappointing loss but first half showed Kerry are going to be close with Donegal. Lots of players coming back. The issue will be match fitness. I'd count 7 definite starters missing from the lineup at the start of the game - Shane Ryan, Paul Murphy, Tom O'Sullivan, Gavin White, Brian O Beaglaioch, Joe O Connor, Sean O Shea - and Paudie Clifford is low on minutes too. That's the engine room. The good thing is a few of them got a run out, but add the red card to that list and it was always going to be tough.

A 12 week ban for what? If he physically interfered with one of the Kerry players or management team, then he will get a ban like Brennan. If he didn't, then there shouldn't be any punishment.

Round 1 - 2025 away wins: Tyrone over Donegal, Dublin over Galway and Cavan over Mayo. Wounded animals after provincial knockout are dangerous. The extra time to prepare and being able to scout finals in full knowledge of the next opponent is a bizarre reward for provincial knockout. Today's result in Killarney was no surprise. I was saying during the club championships that there were going to be a few counties in contention. While the vast majority disagreed at the time, that's not the case now.

And who's fault was that - Murphy or the linesman? Murphy was hardly going to send himself off.

Paidí was right with his comments.

If you want to boo, follow another sport. It's embarrassing and incredibly classless.

Well said greenfan.
Embarrassing for them really.

I gave my 8 contenders and was told off by a certain someone - I'd narrow it down now to Kerry Donegal Armagh Galway with Derry Roscommon and Tyrone as outsiders and cork having the ability to implode or explode on any given day but have the ability to take anyone out -
I've taken Dublin off my original list
It's a good all Ireland championship
And yes likely one of the top 4 will win it but who knows
