Replying To BarneyGrant:  "Got a bang of a stick. Was limping but obviously nothing major. I'd say he was taken off more as precaution than anything else as game was won probably by half time and he be huge loss against your fellas. I doubt they'd name him if he wasn't fit and if isn't fit he's not going to be coming off the bench.

More surprised at one or two of the starters on form, but that might change."
Sutcliffe? He's a man for the big game.

Just for anyone travelling tomorrow might be a bit extra traffic with u20 football AI semi final in Parnell Park at 7 and Leinster playing in the Aviva at 5, think their capping the rugby to 19 thousand as its only moved from the RDS due to Bruce Springsteen concerts.

Missing the game tomorrow due to a communion, raging! I'll be on the GAA Go on the phone! I think Mac had a much better attitude when he came on last week, more team focused and agile. Hopefully he'll come on and do the same again, and hopefully Jacko has another good game. He was just outstanding against Antrim, so good to see that fight back.

Fingers crossed we line out as planned and don't have a repeat of Galway. Hoping for a good performance.

Everybody is wondering why dublin are bringing the game to croke park well i can totally understand why. And if any body was at the ealsh cup final in 2022 they would understand also. Iknow it was only the walsh cup but dublin completely destroyed wexford that night hopefully wexford will not let that hsppen again but dublin are capable of it on a bigger pitch.

Mac doesn't offer enough to be a starter anymore.

Full backs have copped onto him, out in front and top get the ball to ground he doesn't have the speed.

His lack of pace and ability to stop defenders coming out is hurting us, I rate him as a really good hurler but only if big high balls are rained down on top of him and unfortunately his scoring stats in championship over the last 3 years wouldn't se the world on fire.

Great man for the last 20 mins though.

Didn't they start him when he was a doubt for the 2021 Leinster Final?

Maybe his performances for some time just haven't been good enough? Don't think there's a conspiracy really. But I do think he will start tomorrow. Hearne has struggled in both games so far so I think he will lose out for one. Ryan and Reck both fully fit and ready to start would be a huge benefit but a bit optimistic I'd say. Changes on both named sides before throw in are almost guaranteed.

Today's the day... Egan has said all along its all about the Championship. Time for the talking to stop and for the players to deliver a performance and more importantly 2 points.

Went to bed confident. Woke up nervous. Misty day hopefully stays dry for later.

Open questions
Will reck last the full 70.
Will dublin running game and pace cause us problems.
What jacko will turn up today.
How will dublin deal with rory.

Can't hold back today. Knockout game nearly.

Hard to call this one as I feel it could go in any direction. If Reck and Jippo play it would be hugely beneficial to our chances. If either or both are out then I'm afraid Dublin might open us up at the back and run up a winning score. We were caught out a few times by Antrim, who are not exactly world beaters.
If we have a full team with the above named players then I would give us a hesitant vote to collect both points.
Verdict-- wexford to win by 3 points.

That comparison is apples and oranges. A Walsh Cup final in February vs a Leinster Championship match.
To me, the crowd in PP make a 3-point difference which the wider pitch of Croke Park doesn't. Was Rory O'Connor injured for that match? I believe he was and he will thrive in those 1-on-1 matchups and Paddy Smyth will need a big game like he had in WP last year.
Win and the move to CP is a stroke of genius, lose and TSG pundits will ask more questions which this team will have to answer v Galway.
I don't see us winning, and Wexford my 2nd team all truth be told, so best of luck. But for today its Up the Dubs.

Know that feeling well, at least you've GAAGO I had to rely on Twitter updates for the Westmeath game last year.

Have to say I'm like a child at Christmas.

I grew up going to croke Park 2 or 3 times a year and can't wait for this.

I know we've had some defensive problems but if the forwards work as a unit like last week we can get the scores to win this.

It's a big day for jacko in particular. I think it's really important for him to put two performances together and show a bit of leadership we all know he has in him.

I'd like to have seen Dunbar back in midfield and Richie Lawlor start ahead of Hearne but it's great to have options on the bench.

Mac was the most unselfish I've ever seen him off the bench last week so great to have him to come on if the game is in the balance.

I've always found him to be a big game player too. He was incredible the last two big days in croker.

Best of luck to the lads.

If we get a result today, regardless of what the pundits say it's advantage wexford for a leinster final as recent history in wexford Park goes against the old enemy.

It will be tough, but we have it in us

What a shocker if true.
We seem to be the worst county in ireland for injuries.
