We definitely have a great team and number of exceptional youth prospects coming through that can further push on our senior team to achieve more, e.g Ronan Boyle, Luke McKenna, Tommy Hughes, Jamie Mooney, etc.

Long list of lads I could name but we have to keep the youth development wheel churning, give new management the best chance at winning

That's overly pessimistic, age profile of team allows for some optimism in next 1-2 years anyway ; GB did a good Job but how often do we see new managers getting great results in their first year , sometimes a new voice is needed , all depends on who comes in
