I have seen The Downs on 3 occasions and Kinnegad on 3 occasions and The Downs will win it handy, I don't know where you are getting that it will be a point or 2 either way, The Downs are far superior to CK, The only scenario where CK could have a small chance is if The Downs have an off day and CK play out of their skins, only then could CK get to within a couple of points in my opinion. But everyone entitled to their own views.

The Downs should win but a lot of pressure on them to deliver , whereas Kinnegad were relegated with 10 minutes left in Athlone game and out of nowhere are in a county final. Its on all the day really. Have The Downs players playing for Plunketts, Turin or Delvin such is there pick.

Yes. But it's a final. A once off and while I absolutely agree the Downs have been superior, there are no guarantees. After all, Kinnegad only win finals every 29 years.

Have to wonder who has the bright idea to play our county finals on the last possible weekend in the calendar and then have them go to midweek replays instead of finishing on the day. Can't have it both ways, it's not fair on the players.
