Wow that's huge if true. Didn't go well for him in Kildare but did previously do well with Longford

I might just do that, thanks. Hopefully, when I come back I won't be so quick to attack some innocent posters caught in the crossfire.

Wasn't he in Monaghan last year over a team with Mackey? Mackey on this years cavan minor management, is Busty Coy staying with him in killoe? He is over the 21s and i know from talking to players he was well got in the set-up. A few of the older lads I'd know presuming he'd be taking over after Dempsey. Still no definite word on clonguish was also talking to a clubman or actually a parent of one of u21s and he said there's no conversation so assuming it will stay same. I know county are back training but any word on any senior players returning or is it as was last year and just rebuild with some younger lads coming through?

Busty Coy originally joined Dempsey with a view to taking when Dempsey done a couple of years, they seem to be reneging on that now in Killoe with a new board in place since then. I believe Dessie Dolan and Glenn Ryan turned down the job, both waiting for a bigger gig to come their way. A few of the older guys might step away next year with the way its being handled as there is still no appointment yet. Coy will have plenty of other offers if he doesn't get the job.
At county level Fahy/Mulleady are strong favorites for the chair/vice chair and looking to bring Boyle in as chair of the CCC.

Is that the same Westmeath board you went on the day after the Killoe-Lomans game in Leinster last year and posted "Well done Lomans on keeping the cocky boys of Longford club football quiet for a while"?

Players might step away at club level because there isn't a manger in place yet. Give your head a wobble.
