Replying To Gaa_lover:  "Galway deserve their favourite tag, as you have pointed out very consistent and hard to beat.

Haven't lost away match in Connacht since 2014, or lost to Roscommon in Hyde Park since 1990 two records that speak for themselves. Going for 5 in a row will have all players and management very focused.

Be interesting to see how Mondays draw goes as the Connnacht winner could be paired with Donegal,Tyrone and Connacht loser v Cavan or Kildare"
I assume they won't do the draw that way though?
As in - they won't draw Connacht champions versus whoever.
Roscommon and Galway will be the names in the hat not Connacht winners and Connacht runners up?

That makes a lot of sense and the way it should be. However it could still work out that the winner of the Connacht final has a potential harder draw than the loser.
