Replying To WonTon5:  "Goes to show that not all is lost if you don't make a county Minor panel, there is still plenty of time for a player to develop, you can go from a boy to a man in 3 short years."
12/15 of starting team are in it and 2 of 3 I know are unavailable for selection

Just 4/16 of extended panel are now on it.

It shows now how minor really isn't an indication of who will be a senior prospect as they are literally 15 16 yr olds.

I also feel there is a little more political selection at those ages

Kerry will be a tough one considering they always are and that they are in relegation trouble. I feel PJ will of course go for win as he will be very unhappy with last weeks performance against the Dubs & who are we to turn our noses yp at a chance of a league title. Feel it could be important to win it considering under PJ alone lost league final to Mayo & 2 AI 22 & 24. Great to see Damo back and more minutes on sunday hopefully get another 20 - 25 in him. I worry with Finnertys form and also Walsh`s free taking. I dont think we have another forward to step up. O Curraoin great free taker but does not offer enough from play O Conghaile shooting has been erratic. Culhane nowhere to be seen. Kery in pearse in a game they must win will be a great test and will tell us alot

Replying To Belclare7:  "It's our first defeat in the league and I know for a fact they have had some heavy training over the last two weeks...
That said some of our wides tonight were terrible, PJ gave game time to a good few more tonight but we need to tighten up defence big time..
D'Arcy still going missing too much for me...
We may get through Connacht but we'll be found out against the better teams.."
Out of interest what is a heavy block of training and how does it work.

Is it a lot of power work lifting weights or is it hard running,

I know the days of 15 laps is gone but when I hear about heavy blocks I've no idea what sort of training is been done.

Replying To Belclare7:  "If we win, Mayo win and Dublin win how can it be a Mayo Dublin final?"
Obviously I was considering the case where we lose to Kerry. If we win it's clearly a Galway Dublin final if we lose it's most likely Mayo dublin
