Senior star Aaron Niland will play no part in Galway's Leinster U20HC final against Kilkenny at Laois Hire O'Moore Park this evening.

Niland didn't feature in last Wednesday's 2-23 to 1-16 extra-time semi-final win over Wexford and misses out again after picking up an ankle injury in Galway's Leinster SHC Round 4 defeat to Dublin last Saturday. The injury also casts a doubt over his availability for this Saturday's crucial Round 5 clash away to Wexford.

There is one change to the Galway U20 team which sees Cullen Killeen replace Sean Moran at midfield.
