The countdown is on this year’s Colm Cooper U13 Invitational Tournament which takes place next Saturday, September 14 in Killarney.

Clubs from Dublin, Mayo, Galway, Cork and Kerry will take part in the event which will be hosted by Dr Crokes. Colm’s iconic number 13 plays a big part in the blitz-style tournament – teams are under 13, with 13-a-side & with 13 minutes per half! All as a tribute to Colm’s number during his illustrious playing career with Dr Crokes and Kerry.

Clubs from across the country are chosen on the basis of having a strong connection with ‘Gooch’ and Crokes. The event runs from 11.30am to 6pm, and Colm and other members of the Cooper family will be in attendance, including his young son Conall.
