Mayo SFC heading towards knockout stages

The knockout places in the Mayo SFC will be filled following the completion of the final round of group matches on the weekend after next.

The big incentive for teams that top their group is securing home advantage for their quarter-final. Breaffy lead the way in Group 1 with two wins from two, while Ballina and Westport also boast 100% records in Group 2, as do Ballaghaderreen in Group 3.

Following Ballyhaunis’ win over Charlestown last weekend, Group 4 will come down to the final round of fixtures – Ballyhaunis v Castlebar Mitchels and Charlestown v Garrymore.
