Cork are through to the semi-finals of the All-Ireland senior hurling championship after seeing off Dublin by 0-26 to 0-21 in Thurles this afternoon.

Patrick Horgan (0-10) and Declan Dalton (0-6) led the way for the Rebels who took in a 0-15 to 0-10 advantage at the break.

Luke Meade and Dalton (2) extended that lead to nine after the change of ends and, from there, Dublin would only be able to trim their deficit down to six for large portions of the second-half, with Sean Currie, Chris Crummy and Paddy Doyle all contributing points.

Robbie O’Flynn and Horgan rounded off the Leesiders tally before Donal Burke (free) made it a five-point game in injury-time, but no more scores after that sealed a passage to the semi-finals for Pat Ryan’s men where either Limerick or Kilkenny await depending on the outcomes of this afternoon's other quarter-final between Clare and Wexford.
