Here’s something you don’t see very often…

In an Offaly Division 5 Football League last Sunday morning, the evergreen Padraig Moran lined out alongside his sons Michael and Tony for Clara in their 1-10 apiece draw with hosts Ballinagar. What’s even more remarkable is that Padraig had earlier taken part in a 5k Road Race in his home town!

Padraig was a star of the Clara team that won Offaly SFC titles in 1991 and ’93, and is still going strong 30 years later.
