With Covid-19 restrictions, this year's GAA Annual Congress will be held as a virtual event, taking place today from 10am.
Counties will debate and vote on 37 motions remotely, with the formation of a spilt county and club season and the introduction of a penalty to punish cynical fouls in both football and hurling among the main motions.
The event will also see Larry McCarthy become the 40th President of the GAA as he succeeds John Horan as Uachtarán.
