East Belfast hurlers play first competitive game

August 07, 2020

The sky's the limit for East Belfast GAA.

East Belfast made a little bit of more history yesterday by lining-out in their first ever competitive hurling match.

Last Wednesday night saw the PSNI arriving at the club’s training facilities after they’d received a call to say that a package had been left close by the area.

The Down club would come out on top by 2-17 to 1-14 in the end, after what was a spirited debut from their counterparts given the circumstances.
