Meath legend Graham Geraghty has been presented with replacement Railway Cup medals after his original ones were stolen during a break-in at his home in 2019.
While a number of the 1999 All-Ireland winning captain's medals were later found in a bag on a footpath in Arklow, Co. Wicklow, some were never recovered, including his Leinster and Railway Cup medals.
Geraghty, who survived a brain hemorrhage in 2020, was presented with replacement Leinster medals earlier this year, and last night was presented with replacement Railway Cup medals after winning the now defunct inter-provincial competition five times with his province.
