Crazy odds on Blackhall, they've a lot of lads back and will be hard enough beat. Certainly not 66/1!

Moynalvey, Blackhall and Summerhill look very good value.

Summerhill have about 3/4 lads who probably should be around the Meath panel but aren't and they are flying in the league.

Odds are with Paddy Power.

I'd agree with all the above, Summerhill will always be strong and have a settled team going well, and although I wouldn't overstate the importance of the league, it has to be an advantage having their lads together.

Moynalvey seem to be unlucky with injuries a lot, if they keep their best team fit they're very strong on paper although with the hurling I suppose it's difficult. Their best 15 is a match for anyone in the county so it will be interesting.

As for our neighbours Blackhall, they have Nestor and Brady back there which is a big boost for them, they're certainly nowhere near the worst team as the market suggests, they'll be competitive.

Agree with Moynalvey, they might not have the strength in depth if injuries hit them and have been without the O'Sullivans for many championship games in recent years. Blackhall I hear also have a lad back from playing soccer in England in the forwards and apparently he's very good.
Hard to see why O'Mahonys are so highly ranked at the moment going by recent performances last year and a lot of their lads are getting on. As usual with them, they can blow hot and cold I suppose.

Rare youd see the current champions in a county at 8/1.

Replying To dunboynelad:  "Bookies have it priced up below. They were way off last year but seems about right this year.

Navan O'Mahonys 11/4
St Peter's Dunboyne 3/1
Donaghmore/Ashbourne 6/1
Simonstown 8/1
Ratoath 8/1
Summerhill 9/1
Na Fianna 14/1
Skyrne 16/1
Gaeil Colmcille 16/1
Moynalvey 16/1
Wolfe Tones 20/1
St Colmcilles 25/1
Dunshaughlin 25/1
Seneschalstown 28/1
St Patricks 50/1
Rathkenny 50/1
Duleek/Bellewstown 66/1
Blackhall Gaels 66/1"
Why because Dunboyne are 3/1?

It is very hard for the bookies to price it.

I got Simonstown at 25/1 in August last year

I had Dunboyne at 14/1 myself which was wrong as we were cut to 6/4 favorites before a ball was kicked in the knockout stages, they weren't taking chances this time so no they're not as far off. Fair dos on 25/1 on Simonstown, they were my outside pick but never expected them to win it in with such ease.

What bookies give the most comprehensive odds across the club championships?

I was thinking of backing a Navan Trim SFC/ IFC double. What odds would you get for that?

Still no details (venues, days, times) out for first round? Less than two weeks away. Bad form again by county board. They are getting worse

Games could be 6 weeks away if hurlers win

Here's a question - given that all they did last night was add NOM & SG back to group C, why did it take 2 weeks from the time the issue came to light to finalise the draws? Why couldn't they just have done this 2 weeks ago & let then get on with sorting fixtures? The lethargy is hard to credit.
