You can talk a lot of hyperbole but you've no answers, you can't name a single player who should be involved that isn't involved already or been given a chance, assessed by the current managerial team and been deemed not good enough for inter county football.

Thinking some lad chosen in a weekly paper is suddenly going to catapult us to a "surprise" against the Dubs, gimme a break.
1) they wouldn't have the fitness required to play at inter county
2) they wouldn't have the strength and conditioning to survive
3) they wouldn't know the systems and how the team is structured

Players on form have been given a chance, look at Shane Walsh being drafted in late last year after he'd finished his leaving and was lighting it up in the club championships

But ultimately yea lets stick a lump of a lad on the edge of the square and hope for the best . I'm 6' 4" myself , 16 stone, a good lump of a lad.... should i give Andy a shout and see if i can a job for him. I'd say the dubs would destroy their pants at the sight of me."
I don't have your way with words - but I think you are right! I would say Andy and his team know every player eligible for the senior team!
I find it hilarious how we have fellas calling for someone and then when they actually get into theb squad they knock them! We had it with the wallaces we had it with conlon (actually both Brian and James) - it would be funny if it wasn't so boring!!

Just what an injury depleted squad needed at this time during a short break in the league - a challenge match against Armagh in February. More ingenuity from management.

No denying that we don't need big men and height shouldn't be a factor. Possibly read the thread before criticising
