Anne took great pride in her family's sporting activities and regularly watched her sons play football and hurling for Wolfe Tones. Alan, Trevor and Andy were members of the Wolfe Tones panel which contested this year's Meath IHC decider against Clann na nGael. Anne's husband Tony was an outstanding performer for the Tones, usually at midfield, over a long number of years. Sadly less than two months before Anne's death her father Seamus Brady passed away.
