Christopher (Kit) Carey

Kit was a staunch Seneschalstown clubman and an honorary club president.

He played with Seneschalstown GFC at both juvenile and adult level.

He ran the family farm at Deanhill which his son now manages. Kit's brothers and sisters have supported the club over the decades as it grew from its original formation.

Kit's sons Dermot, Brendan and David have played with the club and continue to support Seneschalstown GAA.

In his later years he got the greatest pleasure from seeing his grandsons Mark, Paul, Adam and Sean have success with various juvenile and adult teams in the club.
