Patsy died on 8th June, aged 86 years. He was one of a small group of players who won Minor, Junior, Intermediate and Senior Championship medals in Meath - Minor with Duleek in 1943, Junior and Young Irelands in 1947, Intermediate with St. Vincent's in 1953 and Senior with St.Vincents in 1955. He also played with Meath at both junior and senior level. He also played with Meath at both junior and senior level. Patsy emigrated to England in 1956 but came home for the races every year. When Patsy passed away Bellewstown lost a legend.
