Sadly, aunt Rose and her niece Sheila died within 3 weeks of each other. Rose was the sister and Sheila the niece of legendary Baugh brothers from Kilskyre. The late George Baugh was an outstanding hurler for the county over a long period while his younger brother Paddy threw in the cermonial sliotar for the 2014 senior hurling decider. Both George and Paddy lined out for Ballinlough in the 1963 Meath senior football final. Paddy's son Pa continues the family tradition in the Kilskyre hurling jersey.
