Donegal were in ruthless form as they handed Fermanagh a 2-35 to 0-9 defeat in Letterkenny this afternoon to make it two wins from two in Division 3 of the Allianz Hurling League.
The home side dominated from the first minute, running up a 0-13 to 0-0 lead with Gerard Gilmore to the fore for them before taking in a 15-point advantage at the break and adding two goals in the second-half to win out by 32 points in the end.
In Darver, Tyrone bounced back from their opening round loss to Donegal last weekend by seeing off Louth on a 2-18 to 0-16 scoreline.
Pierce Mullin bagged both of the Red Hands in the eight-point victory, while Sligo picked up their second win in Division 4 after dealing neighbours Leitrim their second defeat in as many weeks.

It finished 2-20 to 0-18 in Carrick-on-Shannon, where Gerard O’Kelly-Lynch notched both goals for the visitors, while the other derby in the bottom tier saw Longford registering their second win against Cavan (1-14 to 1-12) at Michael Fay Park where Cathal Mullane came off the bench to net a crucial goal for the Midlanders.
The earlier game in Abbotstown saw Monaghan getting off the mark with a 1-23 to 2-16 win against Lancashire.
In their first outing of the league, the Exiles edged a 0-11 to 0-9 half-time lead and would go up by four points in the second-half before Rowan McMahon got in for a timely goal for the Farney men and points from Eithan Flynn and Niall Arthur down the home stretch would see them over the line.
