Dunshaughlin staged a late late comeback to claim the Minor Football Championship Division 2 title in front of a large crowd at Ashbourne. Skryne were in control for most of the game but three second half goals from Jeff Foley (penalty), Patrick Kealy and James McEnroe swung the tie in favour of the Black and Ambers. After the game Teresa Tolan presented with the Liam Tolan Cup to Adam Glennon. Over in Stamullen St. Colmcilles seconds had too much for Killary Emmets in the Division 3 decider.
Tonight sees their first team take on Dunboyne in the Division 1 final. The Cilles held the upper hand in the most recent meeting, the Division 1 FL decider at Pairc Tailteann. Another big crowd is expected at Ashbourne.
