Meath 4-25, Roscommon 1-05

Meath U-16 Camogie delivered and excellent performance against Roscommon at St Loman's Park in Trim on Bank Holiday Monday to book their place in the All Ireland U-16B Camogie Final.

Meath with the aid of a first half breeze set about the task from the throw in and immediately brought speed and intensity to their play. Some early points were added too brilliantly by goals from Meabh Cunningham (Kildalkey) and Holly Reilly (Boardsmill). Meath took control in the middle sector, ensuring a healthy supply of ball into the inside forwards.

The Meath girls continued to apply second half pressure and worked the ball through the lines, generating some fabulous scores. Roscommon grew further into the game but found the Meath backs in resolute form.
