Day 2 of the Allianz Meath Cumann na mBunscol football finals took place today in front of large crowds at Páirc Tailteann. The 5 game programme started at 10am and finished at 3.30pm produced some outstanding football.
St. Colmcilles NS Kells retained the Boys Division 1 title in fine style. Scoil Mhuire Carlanstown won their first title since 2007. Boyerstown and Oristown will have to do it all over again. Another title for Gilson NS Oldcastle. Killyon are too strong for Kilbeg.
