The Kepak Junior A Championships 3rd Round are due for decision on Saturday 7th September.

In Group A Clann na nGael take on Boardsmill at home and old rivals Dunshaughlin Royal Gaels host St Peters Dunboyne. Throw in is at 5.30pm for both games.

St Peters have comfortably won both their two previous games and will be confident of getting one of the home semi final places on offer. Dunshaughlin were only beaten by Clann na nGael by a point in their 1st round and Boardsmill won by a goal in their last match. St Peters overcame Boardsmill by 2 points in the opening round but had a healthy win over Clann na nGael to top the group.

In the race for the 2 quarter final berths the favourites would be Boardsmill and the Athboy club due to the head to head results for both over Dunshaughlin.

In Group B, St Patricks take on Moylagh in Stamullen and Trim host Moynalvey. Both games start at 5.30pm on Saturday 7th September.

Trim are sitting pretty on top by virtue of points difference over St Patricks. Both teams won their opening fixtures against Moylagh and Moynalvey respectively. They drew 1-11 apiece int the 2nd round so there is real battle to get the second home semi-final spot in this group. Moylagh need to win or draw against St Patricks to ensure the second quarter final place. Unfortunately last years beaten finalists are playing Trim in the last round and with the top three positions already decided they could have a say in who gets to a semi-final or quarter final.
