Andy Moran could be set for a quick return to inter-county management as part of a new-look Mayo set-up.

Speculation is rife that the Mayo legend and former Footballer of the Year will be drafted into Kevin McStay’s management team as a forward’s coach. Moran, whose inter-county career spanned 17 years, recently stepped down as Leitrim after three years in charge, with Mickey Graham succeeding him.

It’s expected that McStay, who is entering his third year as Mayo manager, will make changes to his backroom team ahead of the 2025 season.
