''The Meath Mini 7s football tournament took place on Monday 15th of April in Dunganny, Boyne Community School had entered two teams and both teams won Division 1 and Division 2 which is a great achievement for the school! Huge congratulations to the team and teachers Mr. Brien, Mr. Duffy and Mr. Cullen.

In the Division 1 final Boyne beat St.Olivers of Oldcastle after beating St.Pats of Navan in the semi final. In the Division 2 final Boyne beat St. Ciarans of Kells. Both teams went unbeaten throughout the day which is a great achievement and thanks to the TY Mentors on the day, Ciaran Sheridan, Cathal Barron, Conal Diggins, Robert Johnson, Luca Taheny and James Murray. Both teams got tops for winning their respective Divisions thanks to Meath Gaa.
