Brooke Scullion on the Voice UK

Wolfe Tones Baile Eachaidh GAC in Bellaghy has congratulated club member Brooke Scullion on being chosen to represent Ireland at the 2022 Eurovision Song Contest in Italy.

The former Voice UK contestant, who plays camogie and is a former Bellaghy GAA PRO, was named the winner of the Late Late Show Eurosong 2022 Special on Friday night after performing her new single ‘That’s Rich’.

Brooke will now hope to follow in the footsteps of fellow Derry woman Dana – who was Ireland’s first Eurovision winner in 1970 – when she competes in Turin in May.
