Norah Lawless, Mulholland Avenue, Dundalk passed away on April 28th, 2014, aged 85. As part of a family steeped in the tradition and culture of Ireland and Louth, Norah worked extensively with Dundalk Gaels GFC, with whom her family has been synonymous down through the years. As her father and brothers were heavily involved with the Gaels, Norah, who ran her own hairdressing salon, worked behind the scenes alongside other women from the area to offer every support they could. This support extended to the Louth footballers, whom her father Willie coached in 1950.
