Ballygunner manager Darragh O’Sullivan has had his one-month suspension overturned ahead of tomorrow’s Waterford SHC final against Abbeyside.

O’Sullivan successfully appealed the ban which was handed down to him after referee Nicky O’Toole showed him a straight red card during last weekend’s semi-final win over Passage. It means he will be free to patrol the Fraher Field sideline when the Gunners go in search of an 11th successive county title.

Under O’Sullivan, Ballygunner savoured All-Ireland club glory in 2022 and were the first side to land a hat-trick of Munster crowns last year.
