The semi-final pairings for the Leinster U20 hurling championship have been confirmed following last night’s result at UPMC Nowlan Park.
Kilkenny were comfortable in a 3-21 to 1-16 win over Offaly on home turf to book their place in the last four alongside Galway.
Billy Drennan and Harry Shine struck goals in the opening half for the Cats as they took in a six-point lead at half-time.
Jack Doyle hammered in the home side’s third major after the turnaround prior to Luke Nolan grabbing what was a consolation goal for Offaly.
Kilkenny now face Galway for a place in the Leinster U20HC final, while the other semi-final sees Wexford face Dublin on the same Bank Holiday Monday, May 2nd with the final to be played on May 10th.
