Clare manager Brian Lohan has named his starting line-up for Sunday’s Munster senior hurling championship quarter-final against Waterford in Thurles.
All Star defender David McInerney misses out on tomorrow’s sole hurling clash through injury, having picked up a knock in the Allianz League win over Kilkenny two weeks ago.
It sees John Conlon again named at centre-back, having worn the number 6 jersey in a couple of league outings, flanked by Diarmuid Ryan and Paidi Fitzpatrick.
Sharpshooter Tony Kelly starts at centre-field while Ian Galvin, Aron Shanagher and Aidan McCarthy make up the Banner full-forward line, with 2013 All-Ireland final hero Shane O’Donnell also ruled out after sustaining an injury in training.
Throw-in at Semple Stadium is at 3.30pm.
