Limerick football boss Bill Lee has named his side for this afternoon’s McGrath Cup opener against Clare in Rathkeale.

Tommy Griffin and Josh Ryan start at centre-field for the Shannonsiders in a selection which shows eight of the team which lost out to Westmeath in the All-Ireland SFC qualifier this past summer.

Jamie Lee, Pat Begley, Danny Neville will spearhead the attack as Lee embarks on his fourth season in charge in the Treaty County.

Throw-in at Mick Neville Park is at 2.00pm.
