Ulster hurling minnows meet in Leinster U20 tournament

Action from Cavan and Fermanagh in the Lory Meagher Cup.
History will be made next week when Fermanagh and Cavan meet in the new Leinster U20 hurling tournament.
The Tier 2 Round 2 game is due to take place at a Fermanagh venue next Wednesday, March 2. Wicklow and Louth are scheduled to meet in the other Tier 2 Round 2 fixture on the same day.
Fermanagh beat Cavan in last year's Lory Meagher Cup final and both counties are working hard to improve their hurling fortunes. Cavan didn’t field a senior hurling team between 2011 and 2017, but have made great strides since then.
