Donegal U20 manager Gary Boyle has added two All-Ireland SFC winners to his backroom team ahead of the 2027 season, with Martin McHugh and Frank McGlynn set to join his management ticket.
McHugh was a key member of Donegal's 1992 All-Ireland-winning side, while McGlynn played a starring role in the county's 2012 Sam Maguire triumph.
Both bring considerable experience to the setup, with McGlynn having recently managed Glenfin, while McHugh has enjoyed success in coaching, including guiding Cavan to an Ulster title in 1997.
The appointments, which are expected to go before the county committee for approval, represent a significant boost for Boyle as he prepares for his third season in charge.
Donegal reached the Ulster U20FC final in 2025 before suffering a semi-final defeat to Tyrone this year, and will be hoping to take another step forward in 2027.
