Limerick boss John Kiely has named his line-up for Sunday’s Munster senior hurling championship opener against Waterford in Thurles.
Having missed out on the Shannonsiders’ Allianz League final victory over Kilkenny through injury a fortnight ago, captain Declan Hannon and Kyle Hayes return to the starting 15 for the showdown with the Deise men.
William O’Donoghue returns at centre-field for the All-Ireland champions, with Cian Lynch and Peter Casey also named in their potent attack.
Throw-in at Semple Stadium is at 2pm.
