Antrim's Declan Lynch believes all the pressure is on Armagh in next Saturday's Ulster SFC opener at the Box-It Athletic Grounds.
Despite their recent relegation from Division 1 of the Allianz League, Armagh are hot favourites to dispose of the Saffrons, who took a 31-point hammering from Westmeath before bouncing back to beat Cavan to secure their Division 3 status.
"We've nothing to lose come Saturday and we'll go in fully prepared, confident and we'll see what happens," the Lámh Dhearg defender told the BBC.
"We were a match for Cavan physically which was a big takeaway.
"Last year, we were probably a bit behind in terms of our strength and development, but you can see from the National League this year that the group as a whole has improved physically."
