Down ran riot during the first-half of their Tailteann Cup semi-final clash against Laois at Croke Park this afternoon.
The opening 16 minutes at headquarters saw the Mourne men hitting their Leinster counterparts for four goals, with Liam Kerr netting their first after just 50 seconds of play.
Conor Laverty’s side went on to hold a 4-10 to 0-4 lead at the half.
