Fossa have appointed Adrian Sheehan as senior football manager for their upcoming Munster club intermediate championship campaign following the departure of Jerome Stack.

Sheehan returns to the Kerry club having previously guided them to the All-Ireland junior club title in 2023, while also leading them to the Kingdom's Premier junior championship in 2022.

His appointment comes after Stack stepped down following Fossa’s Kerry intermediate championship triumph over Kilcummin last month, a victory that secured senior status for the club for the first time.

Fossa, inspired by David and Paudie Clifford, face either Banner (Clare) or Brickey Rangers/Clashmore-Kinsalebeg (Waterford) in the last four of the Munster club IFC on November 22nd.
