The Electric Ireland Minor Hurling Championship Team of the Year 2026 has been announced, recognising the 15 standout performers from this season's championship.

The 2026 campaign produced a series of high-scoring contests, dramatic finishes and outstanding individual performances. It culminated in a thrilling All-Ireland final at TUS Gaelic Grounds, where Limerick ended a 42-year wait for the Irish Press Cup with a dramatic 2-12 to 1-14 victory over Tipperary. A late 1-1 burst in stoppage time secured the county's first minor title since 1984.

All-Ireland champions Limerick dominate the Team of the Year with seven selections, while runners-up Tipperary have five representatives. Semi-finalists Cork and Galway each have one player included, with quarter-finalists Kilkenny also represented.

Limerick midfielder Xavier Neligan has been named 2026 Minor Star Hurling Player of the Year. The Kilmallock clubman was a key figure throughout Limerick's successful campaign, scoring 1-2 in the semi-final victory over Galway before producing a crucial last-ditch block in the closing stages of the final to help secure the title.
