Niamh Mallon is gearing up for a busy weekend with the Galway camogie and football teams.

Mallon, who switched allegiances from Down to Galway during the spring (she works in Galway with sports data company Orreco), will line out for the Tribeswomen in their All-Ireland Senior Camogie semi-final against Tipperary on Saturday in Nowlan Park before linking up with Padraic Joyce’s charges for Sunday’s All-Ireland SFC final against Armagh at Croke Park.

The Portaferry native is involved in the backroom team as a performance nutritionist.
