Second All-Ireland final replay would also be on a Saturday

If Dublin and Kerry draw their replayed All-Ireland SFC final, the second replay would take place a fortnight later, on Saturday, September 28th.

The GAA has confirmed that, if the sides are still level after 70 minutes at Croke Park on Saturday week, then two ten-minute periods of extra time will be played.

In the event of them still being deadlocked after 90 minutes, there will be neither an additional period of extra time nor penalties. A provision was in place for this year's championship that all replays would have to finish on the day but this will not apply for the final.

Instead, the Leinster and Munster champions will be brought back to HQ to do it all again on the last Saturday of the month. It would be unprecedented, but stranger things have happened.
