GAA on TV: Eight live games for fans to watch as 2026 Allianz Leagues set to get underway

The 2026 Allianz Football and Hurling Leagues commence this weekend

A host of games are set to be televised live this weekend as the 2026 Allianz Football and Hurling League competitions get underway.

On Saturday, TG4 will broadcast the Division 1 football clash of Dublin and Donegal live from Croke Park (5pm), with the Division 2 meeting between Meath and Derry at HQ (3pm) available on TG4 player. GAA+ will be streaming the Division 2 showdown between Tyrone and Kildare in Omagh (6pm), with RTE showing the Allianz Hurling League Division 1A opener that will see Tipperary take on Galway later that evening (7pm).

Sunday’s televised games include the Division 1 football derby between Galway and Mayo in Salthill, where TG4’s cameras will be to broadcast live at 1.45pm, with TG4 player showing the clash of holders Kerry and newly promoted Roscommon in Killarney (2pm).

GAA+ will stream the other Division 1 derby between Monaghan and Armagh (2pm), with the second live game on TG4 set to be the Division 1A hurling encounter of Ben O’Connor’s Cork and Waterford at Pairc Ui Chaoimh (3.45pm).
