Brian Dooher has provided a positive update on Tyrone co-manager Feargal Logan’s health.

Logan stepped back from the role a fortnight ago to deal “with some health issues”, but doubts remain over whether he will return to the sideline this year.

"He's recovering well and that's as much as I know," Dooher told BBC NI.

"We're just sending best wishes to him and he's definitely doing well."

Dooher, who teamed up with his former team-mate to deliver a surprise All-Ireland SFC title in 2021, appeared to rule out the prospect of adding anyone else to his management team.

"We've a strong backroom panel here and plenty of others putting their shoulder to the wheel. There's a lot of people doing what they normally do, so there's no issue there,” he added.
