Niall McNamee has called for the reopening of dressing rooms at GAA grounds to be fast tracked.

With the days getting cooler and the vast majority of the population vaccinated against Covid-19, the Offaly star believes it's high time club players had access to dressing rooms again. The GAA recently announced that changing rooms will remain closed until September 20 and even then they may only be used by a maximum of six people.

McNamee tweeted after Rhode's Offaly SFC victory over Cappincur last night: "It’s time. Let’s get the dressing rooms back open for club teams. Even if it’s just for a quick change into gear, storage and a wipe down of a towel after. Please. It’s time."
