The death of Una (nee Sherlock), Corravoggy, Kill caused deep sorrow in her community last March.

Despite losing her husband Johnny at the young age of 45 in '84 and her two sons, Thomas and Derek, to road traffic accidents in 2003 and 1987, Una always kept the bright side out.

There was a very large turnout at her funeral at St. Brigid's Church, Kill where Guards of Honour were formed by the Cootehill Widows Association and Kill GFC.

Una will be sadly missed by her daughter Geraldine, sons Adrian, Joseph, Terry and Patrick; grandchildren, nieces and nephews; daughters-in-law; son-in-law; brothers and sisters and a large circle of relations and friends.
