July saw Denn GAA lose one of its finest supporters after the passing of former club President. Sean Keogan. A man of many interests and talents, Sean lived his life to the full having been a keen footballer in his younger days and a firm supporter of his local club and the county. His family are still actively involved in the Denn club and he and his wife Teresa rarely missed a match, whether the team was playing home or away. Sean's funeral took place at St Matthew's Church in Crosskeys, with Denn GAA forming a guard of honour in respect. He is survived by his loving wife Teresa and his family, Jim, Donal, Sean, Sharon, Helen and Geraldine, as well as grandchildren, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, nephews, nieces and a large circle of relatives and friends.
