Cyril tragically lost his life in a farming accident in March which caused shock waves throughout the Mullahoran parish. He had been a keen supporter of Mullahoran GFC and attended many games at Our Lady of Lourdes Park down through the years. The IFA Presidential debate in the Hotel Kilmore saw a minute's silence held for Cyril. He is survived by his brother and two sisters.
