Mary was one of Redhills most senior citizens, having been born in Drumacleeskin in 1923 and passed away on September 26, 2016. She married Willie Faulkner in 1949 and together they raised a family of 11 kids, with Mary still somehow finding time for parish work. Failing health caused Mary to move to Castlemanor Nursing Home in more recent years, with her husband having passed on in 1992. Her funeral mass took place at St Brigid's Church in Killoughter.
